About Data Guasu

An independent practice for decisions spanning marketing, data, and finance.

Data Guasu combines senior technical experience with the operating context needed to turn measurement into investment decisions.

Modeling is only part of the work.

Nicolás Escobar is a senior data scientist and the founder of Data Guasu. His work focuses on problems where analytical rigor has to coexist with speed, commercial constraints, and imperfect data.

For about seven years, he has applied data science in gaming, working with user acquisition, forecasting, LTV, campaign performance, and tools that support where and how much to invest. His earlier experience includes telecommunications and other commercial environments.

He works from Paraguay with international and distributed teams. In practice, this means facilitating conversations across marketing, finance, analytics, and engineering so models reflect a shared definition of the business.

He holds a Master of Science in Data Science from Indiana University Bloomington. Data Guasu puts that technical foundation to work in measurement systems teams can use, review, and sustain.
